Preliminary Line-Up

The Sahelian Caravan is composed of two branches: the West-Caravan and the East-Caravan.

The West Caravan is sponsored by the famous malian artist Oumou Sangaré, as ambassador of peace, and will include also the following artists:

• Oumou Sangaré ( Mali)
• Tribute To Ali Farka Touré avec: Toumani Diabaté, Afel Bocoum, Bassekou Kouyaté, Samba Touré, Vieux Farka Touré et Barou Diallo (Mali)
• Tartit ( Mali)
• Takamba Super Khoumeissa (Mali)
• Khaira Arby (Mali)
• Imarhan (Mali)
• Noura Mint Seymali (Mauritanie)
• Taragalte (Maroc)

The East Caravan will include the following artists:

• Tinariwen (Mali)
• Mamar Kassey (Niger)
• Bombino (Niger)
• Terakaft (Mali)
• The friends of Koudede (Niger/Mali/France)
• Amanar (Mali)

The caravans will be joined during the stops in Bamako and Laongo by the international artists (Brasil, Europe, US).

Please, notice tourists can only join the West Caravan!

The two caravans will eventually join in Village-Opéra LAONGO for the 3 days.

Soon we will confirm other artists from Burkina Faso, Senegal, Europe and America.
